Sub-menus are broken when using jQuery 1.8.0 or later #78

When using jQuery 1,8,0 or later sub-menus appear in the wrong position and do not disappear when mouse hovers a different menu item.

turns out the bundled jQuery UI position used jQuery.curCSS(), which had been removed from jQuery 1.8.

I've upgraded the bundled versions to jQuery 1.8.2 and jQuery UI position 1.9.0-RC1
