rmdir is missing in the installation package #1

I used npm install fs2, and the installed version is 0.1.1. But in the installed folder, I cannot find the rmdir.js file. And resuire('fs2').rmdir returns undefined.

Yes, I kept npm outdated for too long. Fixed. New version published as v0.1.2. Thanks!
