Program runs, but stops mid-way in Windows XP

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running the program in Windows XP environment

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

At the step where the program indicates that it is opening a file that 
starts with "namebench_20", the program throws an error which reads as 
follows: [Error 2] The system cannot find the file specified
File "libnamebench\better_webbrowser.pyc", line 77, in open
File "webbrowser.pyc", line 61, in open
File "libnamebench\better_webbrowser.pyc", line 33, in 
create_win32_http_cmd"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The most current version available for windows on the site.

Please provide any additional information below.

It happens each time I run the program, even with a reboot.
