It will be helpful if there are a lot of instances of the same application.

I am not sure how this would work from a UI & UX perspective. Do you have suggestions or a mockup?

Maybe we can make the items right-clickable, and there are items in the right-click menue saying "suspend all x window(s)" and "suspend all y windows(s) (including hidden ones)".
