Consistent checksum error when requesting read multiple registers

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Send read multiple register request
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Checksum in read multiple register request should be dependent upon the 
data being sent.  The checksum is consistently 0x0C10 regardless of the 
data being sent.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.8.0.0 (was also seen in 1.6.0.0).

Please provide any additional information below.

This appears to be a TCP problem, not an NModbus problem.
