Presentation of team structure by Moritz (+ discussion)

  • Moritz and Ulrike are currently taking the role of the project managers
  • 2 ways of decision making
    • top-down (project management team decides and working groups implement decisions)
    • project groups will participate in decision making
  • TU project group will invite Ulrike and Moritz into their own slack group
  • most of the students will not continue working on the project after seminar
  • ideally, tasks will be defined very specifically
  • project management software planned
    • Olli mentions that Nerds4refugees has gained Bitrix24 licence (https://www.bitrix24.com/features/tasks.php) as a donation

Data base licencing

  • as soon as the data base will be published, we will need to define how it can be re-used (license)

Hosting the data base

  • Moritz: getting away from google docs, making it saver
  • important: saving data base in defined intervals
  • Louisa: will open a new data base with old one that is a bit less open, will share link at slack

Moritz and Ulrike - small talk

  • project management tool should be named until December 11, 2015 (Friday), so that we can work with it from next week on
  • as soon as we have the tool, we can start defining work packages and tasks and define working groups

  • PR work (blog/newsletter/twitter) should start soon, but will need a person responsible for it
