- OK lab will not be open next week (December 14), group will meet at migraton hub (Potsdamer Straße 144, migrationhub.eu) instead

- 2 ways of decision making
- top-down (project management team decides and working groups implement decisions)
- project groups will participate in decision making
- TU project group will invite Ulrike and Moritz into their own slack group
- most of the students will not continue working on the project after seminar
- ideally, tasks will be defined very specifically
