make explicit why agent based rather than token based solves the "massive overhead"

In the "Beyond Blockchain" paragraph of http://ceptr.org/projects/holochain, we don't make explicit why the shift removes "the massive overhead of computing". Even a simple sentence like: "because only the parties that actually need to agree are have to do so" or something like that.
