This is a little awkward because this app doesn't really have any "real" forms.

Agreed. Decision is that we'll wait a little longer and then (probably) pick some other app to show off autoform in. Some ideas are:

• Use microscope (which has a "submit" and "edit" form) Example app: To-Dos or Microscope? guide#58
• Write a new "formy" example app, built off bootstrap or material design
