Able to start ai command multiple times

Describe the bug
It is possible to run the ai command multiple times.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run ai command
2. Run ai command again
3. Enter any text

Expected behavior
Only one ai command should be active at any given moment.

Source of the problem :

The &ai function was using a free API which, by now, has became a paid API (https://some-random-api.ml/endpoints), that is why the function doesn't work at all (and it's not maintained). We are looking for new APIs and so far none has met the requirements to perfectly work with DrunkCat Bot.

Next steps :

In a few weeks, a major update will fix some of the commands that don't work with some improvements and optimizations.
