After modifications in how the jts-gwt modules is built coverage tools stopped working.

Reconfigure cobertura plugin so it works with new build configuration which involves unpacking jts-core main and attached artifacts. See: MDEP-98 (https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MDEP-98)
