They may share common things (in form of 3rd project)

jts-app project was renamed to jts-test-library. builder and runner specific classes will have to be moved to their respective projects.

Commit 2e0f44e moved almost all test builder classes.

Commits 7c9f8d5 and d783e83 moved test runner main class (after modifications).
