As shown here, the initial number of AXL KO cells in experiment 4 is noticeably higher than the initial number of PC9 WT cells. However, in experiment 3, even though the initial number of AXL KO cells is moderately lower than the rest, the resulting correlation is good. Would you therefore consider experiment 3 measurements as reliable or we would expect an even better correlation? @aarmey

I'd rather address experimental reproducibility with data across experiments. It's true that Expt 3 looks to have less of a seeding issue. However, we want to get rid of any variation due to the day we did the experiment.
