Lots of empty lines

When running the task with add and remove, an empty line is places before every $inject line.
Run the task 100 times (file watcher) and you will have 100 empty lines.

grunt-ng-annotate just invokes ng-annotate with proper flags and saves the
result, the task doesn't modify generated files. I think you should report
an issue to https://github.com/olov/ng-annotate :)
