Chocolatey op reviewers:

there a reason why you couldn't use 'Uninstall-ChocolateyPackage' in the uninstaller instead of 'Start-ChocolateyProcessAsAdmin'. In fact the uninstall script may not even be necessary with more recent versions of Chocolatey.

check and fix this.
