Gamepads Detected but only Keyboard controls #79

Hi Guys,

Pretty new to this. I have set up my 2 Gamepads (JAMMA board) with 1x Joystick, 6 players buttons. Running retropie.

All the pins have been set up correctly, I then run 'gpionext start' and then 'reboot'.

My 2 gamepads are detected, however when I hold a button down to configure controls it says keyboard.

I have tried rebooting and pulling out keyboard before it restarts. I have no idea what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated.
