okex和火币网的api好像都不太好用 #34

就是测试的第一个用例，main方法：
function main() {
G.Log(E.GetAccount());
G.Sleep(10 * 1000);
}

可是okex显示：GetAccount() error, GetAccount() error, the error number is 10005
火币网显示： GetAccount() error, 私钥验证失败

请各位指教，谢谢！
