dimension of predictions results from nnunet differs from the labels

Hi,
I see this error while computing dice score with evaluate_simple_entry_point() function. I am comparing the post processed prediction results with Ground truth. I don't know why the dimensions have changed .can you help?
valueError: operands could not be broadcast together with shapes (1,260,311,260) (1,156,220,172)
