Do I need to create random email addresses?
Do I need to pass phone number to the second page?
Should I use email instead of phone?
Different but related - should I ask for first and last name on the index?

No longer relevant given that we are switching to email on the homepage based on VPC's guidance that email chase has worked better than SMS
