I would like to use the tool in batch mode (as a fairly inexperienced user). I am wondering if you could provide some more documentation (e.g. in a step-by-step version) on how to create the required objects etc. Concretely, how would you recommend to generate a SeqFastaAA object from a .fasta source file as downloaded from Uniprot? Neither the read_uniprot, nor read_txt functions seem to work in this case.
Thank you!
