Proposes updating the
CODEOWNERSfile to reflect the way this project has been operating for the last 9 months.In the current state of this project, we have 4 active maintainers... myself, @jmoralez , @guolinke , and @shiyu1994 . I personally have been adding the 3 of you as reviewers on every PR I've created in the last 9 months.
In this current state, I don't think we need to specialize and instead should just have
CODEOWNERSautomatically add us all as reviewers.In the future, I hope we'll be able to find more people to bring into the project (a dedicated GPU maintainer to work on CUDA + OpenCL would be very helpful) and that maintainers like @btrotta and @StrikerRUS will come back. But until that happens, let's simplify this file to match the way the project's currently operating.
