Summary of the new feature/enhancement

Create a tool to let users set specific actions to occur when their cursor is moved to the corner of the desktop. Examples of actions include entering Timeline/Task View, Search, Start, Action Center, Cortana, Lock the PC, start the screen saver, or put the monitor to sleep.

A conflict I can see is with Snap and Peek (Show Desktop). For Snap, a remedy could be for this functionality not to work if a mouse click is active. For Peek, it's possible now to disable that in Settings.
