Microsoft PowerToys version

0.37.2

Running as admin

PowerToys Run, Settings

Steps to reproduce

Search for exe file on drive D

✔️ Expected Behavior

exe shown and can be ran

❌ Actual Behavior

not searching it until full path is provided.
No option in settings to add drives besides drive C

Add drive via Windows Search in Settings. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/powertoys/run#windows-search-settings
