Steps to reproduce

I have every plug in activated but when I search for files it not longer shows any result, the other plug ins seems to work fine like the calculator, etc. programs and apps also works.

✔️ Expected Behavior

To get suggestions of files and folders as I type.

❌ Actual Behavior

I no longer get search results for files and folders in my computer when I look for them typing on PowerToys Run.

Can you find these files using windows search(win key)?

Right-click on the PowerToys icon in the tray menu and select Report Bug
