Environment

Branch: dev/previewPane

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create and install MSIX bundle on dev/previewPane with instructions in installer Readme.
  2. Do a preview of .svg in file explorer.

Preview only shows in case of PowerToys sets as default Application.

Expected behavior

Preview should work regardless of the default application set for the file type.

Actual behavior

Preview only work in case of PowerToys as an default Application. Strangely for MarkDown preview the MSIX installation works as expected.
