Description of the new feature / enhancement

The shortcut guide should include shortcuts that have been enabled in PowerToys. Ideally, this would reflect customizations as well as not show tools that are not active.

Scenario when this would be used?

Using the other PowerToys is predicated on being able to remember the shortcuts. This is the whole point of the Shortcut Guide.
