Description of the new feature / enhancement

a tool that have gui for advanced search functions like wildcards AND NOT etc..

Scenario when this would be used?

when i need to find files located at many folders but have some similarity.
thanks! you are doing good work!

I believe this should be possible in Windows File Explorer. Maybe you could filter resulter after the search? If this is not what you mean, could you be more specific?
