Description of the new feature / enhancement

I would like to map the RIGHT arrow key (not the one on the NUMPAD), but keep the numeric keypad arrow key unchanged
image

This could be useful not only for Right. All arrow keys and home, end, pgup and pgdn

Scenario when this would be used?

I want to map the key (in the image below) to be INSERT, and I will continue to use KEYPAD NUM 6 as the right arrow key.

At this moment, when I map RIGHT, it is mapping both keys

Both keys represent RIGHT, but actually they are different keys, would be good to be able to map them individually.

This is my specific case, this key must behave like INS :)

I have almost exactly the same issue.

For me, I use Windows PowerToys to map NumLock ON number pad numbers into a completely redundant set of navigation keys where Home and End and all the other NumLock OFF keys are where >>I<< want them to be, but it means sacrificing fast access to numpad numbers. I only do it that way because I'm left with no choice.

I cannot seem to be able to map, say, Home to, say, left arrow navigation key when NumLock is OFF without it ALSO undesirably remapping the main keyboard left arrow key to be Home as well. I am pretty sure they have different key down event codes.

Please, please, please, all other forums and their suggested actions offer sorry compromises at best. What is the solution to this? Even if it takes editing the Windows registry... I note that other operating systems make this absolutely effortless and painless.

Thank you and low-key (okay, maybe not so low-key) praise in advance to someone with the knowledge/insight/understanding of what it would take and can lay it out in very clear and relatively simple terms.
