Steps to reproduce

The computer was idle, I have no idea.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The computer was idle, it should have done nothing.

❌ Actual Behavior

It created tons of popups telling me to file a bug report here.

The log file is quite long and I don't see a place here to upload a text file, but the log just repeats the error over and over so I'll just paste one of them here.

Confirm and add to the same in the latest v0.65.0. I unlocked the computer to an already thick stack of... well, crash stacks, with one more added every ~20-30 seconds, user activity or not. The reporting program died right when I hit Ctrl+C to copy the stack, all windows disappeared at once. Most stacks were exactly the same as reported, AFAICR, ended in UnsafeNativeMethods.CreateResetEvent, with the same DllNotFoundException, tho I won't swear on the SICP book that the missing DLL was the same as that in the OP.

Only one of the two or three dozen windows in the ream of error reports that I noticed while neatly arranging crash reports on the desktop was a single crash in a locale-related call (sorry, I only glanced over it cursorily, and am reporting as much as I can recall), but the ultimate cause was the same: a missing native API DLL. And my locale is so extremely boring en_US that this is hardy a lead...

Also possibly notable observation is how boring is my HW configuration: this is a plain old Intel x64 desktop with no tablet or touch interface, the only peculiarity being 2xDP video routed to a hi-res monitor via a Thunderbolt PCIe add-on board; otherwise totally generic home-assembled desktop—this was why I was surprised at the Pen and Stylus in the symbols enough to remember. The OS patch level is 10.0.22000.1219, a.k.a. W11-not-at-all-22H2, last fully updated as of yesterday Wednesday—thus without the Patch Thursday patches; a possibly relevant missing one is the KB5021954, .NET RT 6.0.12.

After restarting the PT app, I waited for just over 30 min, and no new errors have popped up.
