Count of apps in system tray quick access window is not equal count of selected #23902

Steps to reproduce

Just updated from 0.66 to 0.67 and tried to manage necessary apps. Result in video:
powertoys

✔️ Expected Behavior

All selected apps in quick access window

❌ Actual Behavior

Only selected by default (?) showed in the window

Other Software

No response

I think there's some misunderstanding. The quick access apps are for those that spawn a different UI, like Hosts File Editor which shows a Window or FancyZones which shows an Editor.
