FancyZones - Fails to adjust zones when toggling "Automatically hide the taskbar" #24094

Steps to reproduce

OS: Windows 11
Edition: Windows 11 Home Single Language
Version: 22H2
OS Build: 22621.1105
Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22638.1000.0

  1. Enable FancyZones with "Automatically hide the taskbar" unselected in Windows 11 Settings (Personalization -> Taskbar)
  2. Select "Automatically hide the taskbar". You will see the zone correctly adjusts to the full screen height
  3. Unselect "Automatically hide the taskbar". FancyZones does not readjust zones and now places windows behind the taskbar.

✔️ Expected Behavior

FancyZones does readjust zones to respect windows 11 taskbar.

❌ Actual Behavior

FancyZones does not readjust zones to respect windows 11 taskbar.

Hi there!

We need a bit more information to really debug this issue. Can you add a "Report Bug" zip file here? You right click on our system tray icon and just go to report bug. Then drag the zipfile from your desktop onto the GitHub comment box in this issue. Thanks!
