Quick Accent

Steps to reproduce

Open Quick Accent on low-end device
Type accents a few times, they do work, but not everytime. Sometimes it adds the accented character firstly, then hits backspace and removes it, so it stays without accent

✔️ Expected Behavior

Maybe adding some slider to slow down quick accent character replace

❌ Actual Behavior

Quick accent not always keeps up with replacing original characters with their accents

Are you still experiencing this issue? /needinfo

The issue appeared when I was using the software on my less powerful pc. I switched my pc recently, so I can't confirm that the issue is still persisting. I think it's possible to reproduce the issue on virtual machine which is set to be a bit weaker, so cpu doesn't have enough time to catch the quick accent key press action
