✔️ Expected Behavior

it should show the windows AltTab view when I press "alt+tab".
And I can copy text when I press "alt+c".

There's a workaround at least useful for me:
lock the Windows and unlock it again. The alt-tab remapping will work.

(My problem is caused by the Windows WeChat client which is having a conflict with the system shortcut. Somehow the remapping works fine without opening WeChat and crashes suddenly after I open WeChat.)

the lock/unlock method works for me. As mentioned in #7348 (comment) the issue seems to be connected with computer returning from a sleep state
