Description of the new feature / enhancement

HDR screen are nice but need more control than SDR screens

  • allow to enable disable HDR
  • Allow to change the "sdr brighntess" of HDR screen

Scenario when this would be used?

  • quick enabling HDR
  • fix games/apps breaking/buggin HDR
  • quick tuning of screen brightness
