Steps to reproduce

Some shortcut keys stop working randomly, then continues working back at another random time.
Shortcut:

  1. Atl Space to Win S (All apps)
  2. Shift Backspace to Ctrl Backspace (All apps)
    Note: When powerToys is restarted, it works again for about a minute or two then stops working, while other shortcuts continue working.

can you verify if this is still an issue with v0.73.0 /needinfo

I can confirm it's still an issue on the latest version v0.73.0
