Fancy Zones is broken almost after every reboot

Steps to reproduce

Every once in a while (more often than i would want it) I get the annoying bug that fancy zones just doesnt appear when i press the shortcut, the window that i drag becomes 50% opacity; so i know that i activated the fancy zones. But the grid doesn't appear and I can't snap the window to one of the places i have in my gird.

✔️ Expected Behavior

I expect that fancy zones grid appears when i drag a window and hold down the shortcuts.

❌ Actual Behavior

The fancy zones grid never appears and i have to restart powertoys or disable & renable the fancy zones.
It feels like if the app for somereason defaults to no grid layout and that's why it doesn't show anything. I think so because when i press the shortcut to edit the grid (win + shift + `) and i select any other grid or my custom one, fancy zones shows only 3 zones to snap to, no matter what i select. So the only way to fix it is to reboot powertoys or restart fancy zones.

Thank you for the report. There is the same error as in #19738 which was fixed recently. The fix will be shipped with the next release v0.71, please verify this behavior when you install it.
