PowerToys "Turn off Display(s)"

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I often need to turn off my laptop display while software is running in the background, e.g. when streaming video or audio.

A PowerToy could come in handy for this.

Some possible settings:

• Turn off display when...
  • Mouse pointer is on desktop [top right corner | top left corner].
  • Keyboard shortcut [Ctrl + Shift + ^].
• Turn display on when...
  • Mouse moves [yes, no].
  • Press any key [yes, no].
• Select display:
  • Primary display only [option, default on].
  • All displays [option]
  • Only the display on which the "Turn off display" action was triggered [option].
• Ask which display to turn off? [No, Yes]

Scenario when this would be used?

• To save battery time on a laptop while working with external monitors.
• While streaming content on another display
• In combination with a sleep time
