Description of the new feature / enhancement

Power Toys is getting enriched month after month, bringing its own list of shortcuts, sometimes personalized.
Other tools have shortcuts too.
I would feel very useful to have a global 'shortcut guide' page with all the PowerToys shortcuts active on a specific computer, + possibility to add my own list of reminders for tier softwares I use (and not only those starting with WIN key)
Could be either by personalization of the existing page, or by providing more pages (for example a page when I keep CTRL pressed, a page with ALT, a page with CTRL+ALT, ... to group them, I have no specific idea here)
I imagine a setup interface to customize what shortcut to show/hide, including the windows defaults, the Power'Toys current setup, and slots for additional reminders (tier apps)
(As I, most of the time, work full screen on my main display, by default i don't have access to the notification icon to trigger the small PowerToys shortcut popup menu). and many things can't be achieved that easily without the shortcut.
As of now I have my printed & plastified shortcut sheet on my desk.

Scenario when this would be used?

I would find it beneficial, as original 'Shortcut guide', for the tools/shortcuts we don't use so frequently (thus not always remember).
For example, in my case, i never remember the 'color picker' nor 'FancyZones editor' or 'Mouse Hightlighter' shortcuts, because I don't use them so frequently, thus limiting even more my usage (as I have, at least, to go to notification area).
I also use some other applications providing specific shortcuts that I don't use so often (the shortcut, not the app), that I would like a reminder about. (sample with DeepL, ShareX, Everything, for which have regular 'daily use' shortcuts, but also others I use less often)
