Steps to reproduce

Sometimes (apparently randomly).

✔️ Expected Behavior

The quick accent panel disappears when I let go of the keys.

❌ Actual Behavior

The quick accent panel stays stuck on screen sometimes. I see it most often when playing games. It's normal it shows up in game since I didn't include them in the excluded apps setting. But the problem is that it sometimes doesn't leave the screen until I press Esc.

For Quick Accent we use a Low Level Keyboard Hook, it's possible that some games also use low level technologies that get the signal that the key was released and that signal never gets sent to Quick Accent.
On 0.78 there's a new Setting to try and not activate on some games. I advise to put the games in the Excluded Apps setting.
