Is this happening on some specific application only?
QuickAccent tries to delete the previous character before inserting a new one, but this might not be compatible with every application. /needinfo

No it seems to happen every where but just with capital letters.

I was unable to reproduce this error. Running v0.78.0 as well on Windows 11 (23H2). I tried Word, Google Chrome and a few other softwares.
