Taking more time to write out my thought, re-writing the original post: I hold down a shortcut (I would end up making it a macro) key combination mapped to an extra mouse button), then move my cursor to anywhere on the window, not limited by to the top tool bar of the window. The shortcut key combo + mouse button (likely primary or secondary button held down) would activate both the fancy zone layout view, and allow you to click and drag anywhere on a window and bring up fancy zones at the same time. Action - relocate and resize a window

Description of the new feature / enhancement
I hold down a shortcut (I would end up making it a macro) key combination, then move my cursor to any area on a window I want to resize/move.
The shortcut key combo + mouse button (any button on mouse would work) would activate the move command on the active/clicked on window and bring up zone view all in one swoop.
Scenario when this would be used?
Expedite the time it takes to move a window.
