PowerRename Open on Top

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Just what it says. For some infernal reason (I'm just going to blame on Win11 being a train wreck), about 70% of the time, PowerRename opens UNDER the current window. I would be perfectly happy with it, if not for this idiosyncrasy.

FYI, I've been using PowerToys for decades, you guys ROCK! Never change! :D

Scenario when this would be used?

Win11, every time? (Win10?)
