Description of the new feature / enhancement

If a common key is overrode inside of PowerToys, (Example PT Run does Alt+Space), we should make that clear to the user.

This would be need to be inside OOBE and Scoobe incase we add new functionality as well as the key shortcut control. A user may not be aware they are overriding a behavior

As part of this work, it would be basically documenting in code #179

Scenario when this would be used?

Awareness of overrides that could have hidden impact

Supporting information

Alt+Space is a keyshort cut people do actively use.
