PowerToys Run extended functionality

Thanks for a great app! Lately I've found out few things that'd be cool to be added.
Currently Run can't 'run' for example control panel shortucts like that:

Also accessing system commands like :

It could allow people to use centered taskbar with no windows & search icons on the left which looks dope :D
