In facebook offical create-react-app, it supports pwa by SWPrecacheWebpackPlugin.

This feature is useless and progressive, will TypeScript-React-Starter add this feature?

So as you said TypeScript-React-Starter is a starter
if you want an integration from create-react-app to be generated from the typescript boilerplate, maybe crerate the issue there :
