WSL2 not connecting to internet without VPN (with VPN, it connects) #11502

Repro Steps
Connect to the corporate in the office (which does NOT requires the usage of VPN) and WSL2 does not have internet.
The .wslconfig located at "C:\Users\myusername.wslconfig" is as below
I have environment variables set as follows for proxies (just representative URLs, not actual)
