graphical programs unresponsive after waking from suspend #11581

Repro Steps
Expected Behavior
I would expect to continue to be able to interact with GUI after waking from suspend
Actual Behavior
Oddly, the very simple older X11 applications like
xcalc
continue to repsond to keyboard and mouse input.Diagnostic Logs
