Cannot start WSL after 2 weeks every time #11701

WSL Version

2.2.4.0

Are you using WSL 1 or WSL 2?

Debian

Repro Steps

Run wsl in the cmd or terminal

Expected Behavior

normally start Debian with wsl command

Actual Behavior

Every 2/3 weeks from a fresh installation of wsl I get this error and I need to uninstall and reinstall the distro.

Processing fstab with mount -a failed.
Failed to mount C:, see dmesg for more details.
Failed to mount D:, see dmesg for more details.

<3>WSL (7) ERROR: CreateProcessEntryCommon:505: execvpe /bin/bash failed 2
<3>WSL (7) ERROR: CreateProcessEntryCommon:508: Create process not expected to return
