Docker Desktop installed (but it's probably not related, since the whole WSL is not starting up)

Expected Behavior

WSL starting up as usual on boot/start

Actual Behavior

WSL can't start while throwing the following error: (German)

Updating to the latest version of Win11 (22H2) has also caused a similar problem for me. None of the solutions provided in #5092 worked for me.

Windows' DNS Client (dnscache) service seems to be causing the problem. It was disabled after the update. When I enabled it, the problem solved.
