Unable to successfully run a template from the Devops Demo Generator.

I am trying to run a template using the Azure DevOps Demo Generator.

The last two templates I have tried "Run functional tests in Azure Pipelines" and "Create a multi-stage pipeline with Azure Pipelines" have been unsuccessful. The generator runs for a few seconds and says it succeeded and displays:

I click the Navigate to project button and a 404 error is returned and there is no project created in github or Azure devops. Here is the link I'm directed to.

In the past I have ran the generator successfully. I retried a previous template that worked, "Create a build pipeline with Azure Pipelines", it now fails as well.

I have tried logging out and back in and restarted my computer, I have deleted old training projects and resources in Azure, Azure Devops and Github, and I have cleared my cookies, neither option helped the issue. I noticed that when I first got the failure last week there was an outage on the learning site shortly after I experienced the issue and have not had success since.

closing this. found a resolution on the web. somehow policy was reset to not allow thirdparties.
