Hi, I'd like to bump this issue.

As currently configured there is code on the internet, but we potential users have no license to download or install that code in our R environment without technically violating Microsoft's copyright. If this project was meant to be released under the Shared Source Initiative, could someone of authority please indicate what license it's available under?
